Dear Valued Clients
We would like to inform you of our updated Covid-19 Protocols, effective Monday August 30, 2021:
-For a visit with the doctor, we will be allowing only one client in the building with your pet.
-Please wear your mask over your nose and mouth at all times while inside the hospital.
-In order to maintain social distancing, your pet will be examined by the doctor in our treatment area without you present. -The doctor will then return to the exam room to discuss her findings and recommendations with you.
-Picking up medications and/or food, admitting for surgery or drop offs and nurse appointments will continue to remain curbside.
-Upon your request for extra safety, we will continue to offer curbside doctor appointments.
We are putting these extra safety measures back in place to ensure the best chance of safety for ourselves and our clients. If we stay healthy and you stay healthy- together we can provide the best care for your pets! We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
